PROGRAM DIRECTOR

HEAD VARSITY COACH

We are excited to welcome Alex Weaver as the new Program Director and Head Varsity Coach. As a multisport athlete he knows what it takes for both an athlete and a team to succeed. He played basketball and volleyball and was a 4-yr volleyball letter winner (12 total) Gateway High School, Monroeville, PA. He went on to play on the Penn State Men's Volleyball Team for 4 years and also participated in the Final 4 those years as well.

VARSITY ASSISTANT

Lea was a former member of the volleyball team who played as a setter all four years and graduated from Stoga in 2017. In the off season she played club volleyball with several teams for multiple years. She went on to complete her education in Florida and enjoyed playing beach volleyball with friends. Currently, she works in the PW School District. Her experience in education and as an alumnus will be a great addition to the Conestoga Volleyball program.

JV COACH

Kelli comes to our program with loads of experience and coaching strengths. Growing up in Texas she played volleyball at Kingwood High School where she was district MVP and nominated for the Texas All Star team in her senior year. Following high school, Kelli played volleyball at Virginia Tech where she was a 3 year starting setter for the Hokies and named 1st team all conference in her Freshman year. Prior to coming to Conestoga, she was an assistant coach at University of Pennsylvania and has experience coaching in the local club scene.

FRESHMAN COACH

Kim comes to our program with experience as both a college coach and a college athlete. She was a varsity athlete at Lehigh University for 4 years. Prior to coming to Conestoga, she was a coach at the College of Stanton Island.
